Warranty: This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. TMS warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

TMS Wholesale, Inc. reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be repaired or replaced. Enclosed with the return, a copy of the original sales slip showing the date and place of purchase is required. In most cases defective parts or products must be returned to receive free repair or replacement. This will be decided during the return process (via email).

Transportation of return goods must be shipped freight prepaid to the TMS Warehouse. All replacement parts or complete units covered under the TMS Warranty Program will be returned prepaid to the sender. Such transactions will take from 10 to 15 days from receipt or return. If for any reason (special order, etc.) the process will take longer than previously stated; you will be notified by email.

TMS Wholesale, Inc. makes no other warranty and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties are limited to the duration of the expressed warranty period as set forth above. TMS Wholesale, Inc.’s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall TMS Wholesale, Inc. be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
